Wow. This is a big one. We all know no one is perfect, but we should all strive to do our best. Grace is a tool that can wield and can be wielded against us. Grace in business is so hyper-important and if you are an entrepreneur, or a business leader in any fashion, or looking to challenge yourself to the next level of life and your career, you need to have Grace with everyone around you, so they rally and support you (so you can obtain your goal).

“¨”¨I stumbled one major time in my business. I had to make good and humble myself to continue on a growth path. Even though I didn’t fully comprehend my business delivery impacted my reputation, I needed that person and company to have grace on me so I could learn from my mistake and be stronger from it. We have all been told that we are supposed to forgive and forget. Well, if you offer grace, than you offer it up completely and not half heartily. That goes for business and personal.

So the moral of this story is that graces are given to us everyday. You must humbly accept them and provide graces for others in every fashion, everyday. Grace can be defined in so many ways, but this is the way I choose to define it for my self and my moral business code.
