New hotel in Baja California’s wine country

The Endémico Resguardo Silvestre is a new hotel by Grupo Habita, which recently opened the Americano Hotel in New York. They located the hotel on a 245 acre winery. It is part of the Encuentro Guadalupe development, near Ensenada, Mexico.

Designed by GraciaStudios, to give the feeling of deluxe camping, each cabin is only 215 square feet. They are framed with metal which will age and blend into the hillside.

There is a pool and restaurant overseen by the Culinary Institute of Tijuana (don’t laugh).

Rooms are $200 per night
