Anderson Cooper to sell NY home

Anderson Cooper is selling one of his two homes in Quiogue, New York.

He’s keeping the other waterfront property, which sits on the lot adjacent.

The 2.4-acre, 3,654 square foot home is listed at $2.999 million. It includes a pool, brick fireplaces, five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, a garage apartment, and a “dining area where you can watch the swans glide by.”

Reports say Cooper purchased the home in 2012 for $1.7 million, then renovated it with the help of his mother, designer Gloria Vanderbilt.
