Chef Deborah VanTrece started her gourmet catering company, Edible Art Cafe in the ’90s. Since then, she’s started the Twisted Soul Kitchen and Bar, an Atlanta mainstay with a catering business on the side. A resident of Atlanta for 30 years, VanTrece feels connected to the South and its history of valuing hospitality. She prides herself on bringing beauty to what is considered simple, or even peasant, food. In 2015, Twisted Soul was crowned Best New Restaurant by the Georgia Voice.
